Terms of use (pre-launch draft)

These terms require operator and jurisdiction review before sales are enabled. This draft describes the implemented product, not a guarantee of legal compliance.

Photo processing

Upload only images you are authorized to process. Use a clear single-person photo. This tool changes the background and crop, not facial identity. School or exam acceptance is determined by the receiving institution; detection and size templates do not certify compliance.

Local studio and scanner

The local studio, scanner, specification manager, print layout and compression tools currently do not deduct credits. Use the scanner only for lawful copies of documents you are authorized to handle. Do not forge or alter identity information. Four-corner perspective correction and image filters do not verify identity or certify a document. Confirm dimensions and submission rules with the receiving institution.

Cloud processing credits and delivery

One credit is reserved for a server-processing job and consumed when a result is committed successfully. Failed jobs release the reservation. A new original or deliberately new processing job requires another credit. Recoloring, resizing, print sheets and repeat downloads from the same available result are free.

Purchased credits currently have no expiry. Delivery access lasts 24 hours from submission, so save your result promptly. Deleting a successful result does not restore the consumed credit.

Payment and refunds

Prices are launch drafts until checkout is enabled. Purchases are one-time, not subscriptions. Credits are granted after server verification of the payment, not merely on returning from a payment page.

A verified full refund reverses the associated pack once. Already-used credits may create a negative balance; resolve it before new processing or result downloads. Consumer refund rights and the operator's refund procedure must be reviewed before launch. Contact/support details and a partial-refund reconciliation procedure must be finalized before accepting such requests.

Limitations

Use the latest instructions from your school or application system. The tool does not check every dress, expression, posture, identity or institution-specific rule. No approval rate, acceptance guarantee or official affiliation is claimed.
